At DAY Birger et Mikkelsen, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our Scandinavian craftsmanship. If your purchase isn't quite right, you may return items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your digital return label.

• 2.
  Package the Goods

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, keeping the postage receipt for tracking.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
